Fracture Grouting (Under Construction)

Metal laiden effluent from this small mine entered the North Fork of the Coeur d'Alene River located in Northern Idaho. Sediment load issuing from the portal was diminished using a series of small sedimentation basins created by a series of small check-dams constructed of hay bales.
